1. futurechat.in is an online forum in the form of medium that has been formed to enable professionals from different streams to find and connect with other professionals in more effective manner. The users of this Website, by opting to become members of this online forum, can get connected to other users who are members of online forum of this Website.
2. The membership is not available to minors under the age of 18 or to any Users/ Members who have been removed from the system/ forum by Futurescape Netcom Pvt Ltd.  for any reason whatsoever. Users/Members must not to have more than one active account. Further, Users/ Members are not entitled to sell, trade or otherwise transfer their membership to any other person/ entity. If you do not qualify, you must not opt to become member of this online forum. You understand and agree that Futurescape Netcom Pvt Ltd.  reserves all rights to immediately terminate/remove your membership and access to this Website without prior notice and showing any reason, if it suspects the use of unfair means by the User/Member or breaches or violations of these Terms of Use or other incorporated agreements/guidelines or requests by law enforcement or other government agencies or unexpected technical issues or problems or any other reason that we reasonably believe good for such termination/removal. We may conduct contests on this Website from time to time and in case of a member winning contest, the prize(s) will be sent through post/courier to the recipient’s current address as captured in this Website within India only. In the event you are an Indian resident outside India, you can provide an Indian address.
